Guest busterdog
Jack plug, i bought a few but only one worked properly, the only down side is it sticks out more and you don't get the noise of the box doubling up as you get down to two meters . Quote Link to post

Guest busterdog
Like i said, only one worked out of four or five ?. When i did get it to shut up i couldn't get it to start again, i think it was shorting out on the shit and muck on the jack plug. "put it in half way through a dig". Quote Link to post
Strong Stuff 2,171
For the jack plug to work and switch the internal speaker off wouldn't the circuit have to be complete? So if you cut an old jack off some headphones and twist the wires together that would complete the headphone circuit and bypass the speaker .............. But ............. I'd prefer not be held responsible for f*****g anyones box up, although if it does knacker your Pieps box, I know a man who'll do you a good deal on a Barryvox ........... Quote Link to post
