When we arrived there was hardly a woody to be seen and it didnt look promising But David decided to set up on a barley stubble that he had shot last week confident that we would get some shooting. Anyway the action was very slow with not many birds about but slowly and surely the odd bird that did fly over decoyed in text book fashion and with some good shooting we managed a bag of 42. We had to pack in at 3 pm to be back home or Im sure we would have had a few more Thanks for the day mate , enjoyed it Quote Link to post
