Foxes shot last year

Recommended Posts

Here is a couple of pictures of foxes we shot last year, can you spot what they have in common, the dates on the pictures are the actual dates they were shot, they were also shot on two different farms 3 miles apart.

WHO SAYS FOXES ARE NOT SURVIVORS....THESE 2 WERE....

In hunt service i have dug foxes with their bottom yaws blown off, holes in their backs, legs missing and ears and skin missing on the top of their heads, one fox i dug locally had a clean hole through its front leg, clearly a rim fire not a center fire but one thing all these foxes had in common was they were all still fit and well and most were fat as fook.

WELL DONE GUYS THESE WERE TRUE WILD COUNTRY FOXES IN FANTASTIC CONDITION EVEN THOUGH BOTH HAD ONE OF THERE REAR LEGS MISSING, NOT A BIRTH DEFECT, THE FOX IN THE 1ST PICTURE RAN LIKE A HARE WHEN I FIRST PUT THE LAMP ON IT, AS USUAL IT STOPPED TO SEE IF I WAS STILL THERE.

ON INSPECTION I COULD SEE THE WOUND WAS ABOUT 85% COMPLETELY HEALED AND AS CLEAN AS A WHISTLE...AMAZING...

THE 2nd FOX WAS COMPLETELY HEALED AND THE STUMP WAS HARD AND LEATHERY.

Regards to all hiluxmk3 :clapper::clapper:

Full Respect to such a tenacious wild creature,...what terrible physical pain it must of endured in order to survive... :clapper:

I spoke to the local vet, according to her foxes and most wild animals have a built in pain barrier.
