MRD 3
Totally off course but... Me and a few friends went out early this morning We ended up at one of the lads brothers house. After some Tea and Toast (with home made jam ) my mate's nephew took us to see his ferrets in the back garden. There were 3 adults Jills and approx 25-30 kits from 3 litters all in the same cage! is this ok/normal as they all seam to be getting on verywell. I'VE NEVER SEEN AS MANY FERRETS IN ONE CAGE!! Lerk 0
The only problem i'm having with a 'fuller' cage than it used to be, is keeping them all inside when you open the door!!! I've noticed a dramatic improvement in morale having more buddies to play with... I also get a 15kg sack of dry (about £13) to supplement diet when my supply of fresh meat runs out, they seem happy enough. One of my jills is also a bit fussy with the real stuff - although she works pretty well! Quote Link to post

I have the same issues with keeping the ferrets in the cage while trying to close the door its livened me up no end Quote Link to post
