rjimmer 4
I hope it works better than giving up caffiene. I'm down to 1 cup of tea a day, any less and I can't stand the headaches. I haven't noticed any difference in the Tinnitus yet! Quote Link to post

rjimmer 4
I didn't know caffine had any bearing on it? I was told, by a retired naval commander, that going over to decaff tea would help. After years of being around big guns and drinking gallons of tea, I suppose it was bound to make some sort of difference. Perhaps giving up caffiene lowers one's blood pressure? After drinking a lot of cola at one time and then giving it up, if i drink can of it today and don't have a can tomorrow, I will have a migraine the next day. I am what they call a colaholic in America, where they have cola clinics for people who are addicted to the stuff. Quote Link to post
