moonflight 6 Posted August 7, 2009 Report Share Posted August 7, 2009 FINALLY WENT AND BOUGHT A NEW RIFLE .243 TIKKA T3 LITE I ALSO GOT SOME 58gr NORMA BULLETS BORE SIGHTED IT TOOK IT OUT THIS MORNING AND I AM OVER THE MOON WITH IT'S PERFORMANCE.ONLY WISH THERE WERE MORE FIELDS CUT TO GET STUCK INTO A FEW FOXES. Spangle 0 Posted August 8, 2009 Report Share Posted August 8, 2009 You will have fun with that rifle. The Tikka has to be one of the best for 'out of the box' accuracy. You have chosen a cracking calibre too, from you post I am not sure if you are new to the calibre but if you are then you will love it. 58gr Vmax are fantastic for old charlie, although now I reload my own ammunition I am favouring the 68grn Berger Match Grade bullet.
