FINALLY WENT AND BOUGHT A NEW RIFLE .243 TIKKA T3 LITE I ALSO GOT SOME 58gr NORMA BULLETS BORE SIGHTED IT TOOK IT OUT THIS MORNING AND I AM OVER THE MOON WITH IT'S PERFORMANCE.ONLY WISH THERE WERE MORE FIELDS CUT TO GET STUCK INTO A FEW FOXES.

i also use the tikka t3 lite with 58g hornady v-max i think they are great,not tryed 58g NORMA yet

The Tikka has to be one of the best for 'out of the box' accuracy.

 

You have chosen a cracking calibre too, from you post I am not sure if you are new to the calibre but if you are then you will love it.

 

 

58gr Vmax are fantastic for old charlie, although now I reload my own ammunition I am favouring the 68grn Berger Match Grade bullet.

THE RIFLE COST £689, SCOPE [NIKON 3X12-42] I GOT FROM OPTICS WAREHOUSE ALSO GOT BURRIS XTB BASE ,LEUPOLD PRW RING'S. HE GAVE ME AN EXELLENT DEAL AND COULDN'T HAVE BEEN MORE HELPFULL. I ALLREADY HAD THE HARRIS BIPOD JUST NEED A SLING ON NOW.

as not to say any thing bad about your rifle as i have one but i remmber a post about the screw to hold the sling on the tikka were known to pull out not sure who had it up but it's worth alook , now i never had a bother with mine,
