it confused me too the way I read it was the 2 people versus each other and then the winner from that goes on to go against the person beside the 2 names? surprised there wasnt more entrys out of all the hundreds of members on the site

5 BYs went into each hat to make up numbers due to people not getting money in on time, so the way its worked is as preliminary heats as such and as swamp rat said, the winners of 1 and 2, 3 and 4, 5 and 6 will face the names alongside them in the second heats, basically in short 5 people got a BY from each hat and everyone had the same odds of getting one.............. ....................i for one wasn't one of the lucky ones...................

6 HAVE BYE'S 3 from the North , 3 from the South, feckig Brill im one of them from the North lol. So this year i reach the 2nd round

Have a read through all the posts mate to do with the comp, i'll do you a favour though all you'll need to do is check the last months worth and it'll be self explanatory why there is 10 BYs................... ...............that equals 5 BYs in each hat.................. ....................not ideal i grant you, but thats how it goes in this topsy turvy game we call life..................... ..............but rest assured mate the people that entered will have a good time along the way and thats what its all about.....................

no problem,i was answering where you said there was only 5 byes and there is 10 surely it could of been worked out differant and welldone to the effort and time you put into it ,pity all the loud mouths wouldnt enter but nothing surprices me there,all the best and good luck to all entrants

5 in each hat mate........................there were a few ways to do it but this is the easiest mate..............you seem kinda familiar in some of the comments you make, but that wouldn't be possible seeing as you've only just joined would it...............
