Some cold and windy days out ferreting according to some of those pic's, looks the business though, and some people call this sport, other people would call us lunatic's :D . Looking forward to season too.

Tom

some great pics there mate

funny i only remenber the cold days when i used to go out with my old man, i can remeber saying it was cold & all i got was a response of "keep counting the knots son that will keep you from thinking about the cold "

!! im getting excited now not been out properly for 20 yrs , have been out with mates but not the same when they are not your ferrets working, roll on the cold mornings

a.t.b for the new season all

theres nothing better mate, myself and my mate john -b whos also a member of the site are really looking forward to this season as we accuired another 100 acres of land to go with the other land that we have and this new bit we got is absolutley alive with the furry little beggers  ,weve also got 3 rather large woodlands to get through aswell which is alive with some bigger stuff aswell as rabbits.when we were out last season we were walking in 4 foot snow drifts which was hilarious, theres one of the pictures i posted of my eldest son with a rabbit in his hand.he kept dissapearing in some places as the snow was that deep :D

can't wait i have two adults chomping at the bit, one adult hob whom i haven't worked before as he's a pet but i'm curious as to how he'd do, and three kits that i've been introducing them to their collors and bringing them out in the box to get them used to it and also my big walking boots and the dog trotting around!!

will be my first season with permission - seriously i'm surprised meself!

i'm really looking forward to it!
