post-2037-1249393122_thumb.jpg This young dog I had for a very short time was reputed to be BB bred But couldnt take it as gospel ..He was lost on his second dig I believe no doubt the then owner will be on soon..He was a very nice sort .

cracking youngster.... shame to hear that donny, just starting out!!!! RIP young un!!

correct the dog did die on his 2nd dig we dug the dog his first time 7ft not knowing the earth was that deep the dog bayed steady till we got to him then the dog was worked a week later in a small earth broke through after a short 3 ft dig to find the dog suffocated with 5 in the pot was a shame as he started off well

me and my digging mate currently have a few dogs that are based on the bb line 3 of them being 10 months old and out of the same litter and a older dog that was very easy to enter but abit hard for his own same as his mother fater auntie uncles grandfater etc

having kept and bred borders ...( bought for the mrs) family pets... my interest in working terriers has developed...

ive recently read the fell terrier, middleton striain of working terrier...

ive come across bill brightmore's strain... now dont crucifie me for this... cos i know if it works that is the most important thing, but we all have a type we have taken a liking too..
