Scallywag 78
Docked terriers, including puppies, have been shown at the game fairs I've been to this year, and won come to that. You couldn't show it at a KC show, but who'd want to?! My one year old's not docked and I think it puts her at a disadvantage in the ring and to be honest I agree - the docked bitches look better to me!

Foxgun Tom 75
Docked pups can be shown in Scotland with no restrictions, eg: wether paying entry fee or not!!! Tom
Lucy 0
my new pup has her tail docked and i have the certificate sayin its been done propely but i read she wont be aloud to be shown or is this only for kc shows I agree with Donnyc - in England as long as there's no entrance fee, you can show a docked dog. However, if you don't have the correct paperwork (unlike you) and a member of the public makes a complaint to the authorities, the police have a duty to investigate whether a crime has been committed. I think the police probably have better things to do with their time, but there we are!
