great feet, great coat, good stamina a pleasure to be around. you could run them on the roughest ground and not get a injury. they do take a while to mature though

and incredibly loyal, which is great in the working feild but can have is down sides - my bitch once broke out of a standard dog crate, out the window on the first floor, accross the guttering, slid down the conserverty roof in the time it took me to walk as far as the bus stop :o she was so pleased to see me i couldn't be mad at her

this is when she was a lone dog, since having the pups its calmed her completly

Absolutely fantastic dogs, superb stamina, great speed and if youre lucky with the cross a good brain. They do tend to be a bit clumsy at times, but thats all part of their character.

From experience they are 100% with other animals too. Never had any problems with my old deerhound/greyhound/beardie out in the hills with horses and sheep.Great if youre going to keep one in the house too...they just sleep all day.

The[ deerhoundxgrey x bullxgrey] sounds a good x, not to much bull or deerhound.Just right for small+large game. As long as they [dont] come out to big, should make good lurchers
