storm323 191 Posted August 3, 2009 Author Report Share Posted August 3, 2009 yep they cut a few fields on my permission end of last week and farmer asked me take a few so i went with my young bitch ran 6 killed 4 done her world of good as its been a long wait this summer with plenty of flying shit on hear too nice dog what cross is she,ye its been way to long ive had to take up other hobbies to keep my mind off it but it will be worth the wait.Ive been out a few times on the lamp throw the summer but i could count them all on one hand mind you its been my first time ive stopped probery Quote Link to post

One of the most sensible posts i've came across on here for a while ..i can see your all chomping at the bit to get started but heed "slips" advice,the ground is extremely hard in most parts of the country and if your dog/s had to have their season curtailed at this stage of the year because of "eagerness" on your behalf then i'm sure you'd be one of those that wished they had and would be haunted by those two words "if only" ..tread carefully hunters .All the best PP.
