Guest Scuba1
Ok so what you need is: 1 lbs of ground beef 2 slices of white bread 2 shallots 2 cloves of garlic 1 Egg 3 teaspoons of dried vegetable stock ( The stuff from Knorr ) Some Gorgonzola cheese or Roquefort .... careful with the Roquefort as it can be quite salty Salt pepper. Cop the garlic and shallots and put in a bowl Soak and then press the water out of the 2 slices of bread and put them in the bowl as well add the egg and the stock powder, salt and pepper. Now mix that lot by hand until you have an even consistency form 4 burgers out of that mix and put the Gorgonzola as a lump in the centre of each burger. Now seal the burgers with the cheese inside them .... make sure they are sealed .................. are they well sealed yet. OK Fry them on medium heat till done and serve with new spuds and butter beans. Make the gravy out of the bits stuck in the pan and thicken with corn flower or use this ready made stuff if you have to' This is a quick way to a meal so that the bloke in the house has more time for cleaning when the girl is out lamping ATB Michael Edited August 2, 2009 by Scuba1

Guest Scuba1
Oi , Hugh Fernley Whitingstall , what about bunny burgers ?? Busty, you can do this one with all kinds of meat if you have a mincer. I have done it with wabbit, venison, boar and goat meat. I do however think its not the right recipe for fish burgers unless you are pregnant. If you want one for fish, let me know.
