bunny killer 19
hi folks , my first time here so hello to you all! i keep ferrets and lurchers,do a bit of pigeon and rabbit shooting, some beating during the season, and i fish for fun so i,m sure i,ll have something in common with most of you.right time for a bit of advice from any airgunners out there, at the moment i use a 97k in 177 and i,m struggling to kill rabbits, i,v had some joy using hollow point pellets but i,m still not happy! any ideas? i tried lots of different pellets in my airwolf, i then tried bisley magnums and the guns grouping was a lot better, the penetration is awesome at 30 to 40 yds with them,,what distance are you shooting the rabbits,in the past i noticed accupells were going straight through the killing zone and the rabbits just had enough distance to get through a motorway fence and get to the buries, then i tried the bisleys and they dont go anywhere, try a tin you might see some better results?enjoy the site
luckyplum 50
cheers bunnykiller ! i,m sure i,m having the same problem with my pellets passing through the rabbits killing zone so that they jump and spin in the air then run back into cover. i,m shooting rabbits at different ranges from about 20 yards upwards .i,ll try the magnum pellets and let you know how i get on.cheers again!!
