O, well it looks like my dreams of being the only big game hunter in north yorkshire are buggered my [bIG cat turned out to be a big shaggy lurcher type dog we (I say we I was having a lag at the time) shot it last night no sign of anyone around but the dog had been seen a couple of miles down the valley a few nights ago Im not down hearted more relived that I did,nt meet the BIG cat

Nice one bruv. Not being funny but have you told Plod? You are required to let them know. As was said here you had every right to shoot the dog but better to play strictly by the rules.
