Ok piss taking apart . . . You need to track down your local rally club. YOU CANNOT COMPETE AT NATIONAL Level without a an RAC/ACU licence. Don't get me wrong, you don't have to be able to drive but you must know your way around. I don't know how old you are, but I'd suggest that if you want to get involved with one of the greatest sports ever invented you need to start at a low level. Get round the club, meet a few drivers, take a few runs out. If you haven't shit your self by now - and believe you me serious rally driving is SCAREY - grab a drive. Go for it me son.
