I WOULD TELL HIM WERE TO GET OFF, IF THATS NOT ENOUGH SORT IT OUT MAN TO MAN . Will that put an end to it or make it worse? Give him the money and tell him to f--k off.Job done, end of story. jackard 36
stick to your agreement with the man give the man a pup for his mate , if his mate didnt come to pick a pup then he should get whats left in the litter , even if the mans mate changed his mind i would off dropped a pup at the mans house ! he might not want it but you would have stuck to your agreement and he would respect you for it in the end atb jackard Quote Link to post

Crow 1
The way I understand it is this: > The owner of the stud didn't, and still doesn't, want anything so that's not the issue. > The deal was his mate could have one if there was one spare, although no price was mentioned. The current situation seems to be that you have one pup left - so the question is is this pup 'spare'? If you've a buyer lined up then the pup isn't spare, so therefore the stud's owners mate isn't entitled to it. However, if you have no buyer lined up then the pup is, seemingly spare. If that's the case then I'd give the guy the pup for nothing, on the strict understanding that it is for him and not to be sold on. If he wants to sell it on then stick to your guns and ask £50.00 for it (the deal was a spare pup for the mate, not for the mate to pass on). That, as far as I am concerned, would be the way I would play it. It now seems that you've offered the dog to the mate - so let him know (either directly or through the studs owner) that you'll keep hold of it for x number of days, if he doen't come to collect it by then I'd sell it on (and at that price I'm sure it would sell quite easily). Oh, and I'd stop dealing with people who mess me around!! Crow Quote Link to post

Guest sph1979
This is how it it so far, I have spoken to his mate and asked why now does he want a pup!! He told me that They never pay for thier DOGS they always get given them and the bloke in question told him he could have one of mine. This bloke is a bully and a timewaster. after hearing that and alot more else, he's not having the bloody pup. Im not being bullied into giving some one a pup.. ive worked hard with theses pups. It's almost the same as stealing it realy. NOT A CHANCE Quote Link to post

"ill have one for my mate if theres a spare one " id take as if you are going to sell them ill have one if ya giving them to mates then leave it!! Quote Link to post
