As soon as the council clean up it's back again, In some ways it's there problem because they make it hard for small firms to dispose of the rubbish.

Edd_Wiltshire 9
'In some ways it's there problem because they make it hard for small firms to dispose of the rubbish' Utter, Utter rubbish! (excuse the pun) How come 98% of companies can dispose of their waste properly. Its not the council, its the lazy arsed 'Tradesman' who cant be fooked to dispose of their waste. Simples! The Destroyer 0
I think due to recession a number of small firms are just dumping rather than paying. what ever the reason its not good at all

stealthy1 3,964
I knocked downa a wall at my house, the council tip would only except a dustbin full per day, or they said I was trade and had to pay
Edd_Wiltshire 9
No real experience mate. Don’t need to of been a builder for 20 years to put it down to greed and laziness! Anything else is just an excuse. Recession, that’s ok then, we can all dump our sh*te in lay-by’s and car parks then. Happy days. Come round my neck of the woods and you can take your pick of rusty fridges, soggy mattress’s, ancient cookers etc etc. Not great.
The Destroyer 0
dont know if the council are 100% to blame, if some one dumped some crap outside your house you would have a right go and get em to shift it..... down a country lane no one seems to give a damn! such a shame! Yeah you often knock down walls & ceilings made from that sort of stuff, lets blame the builders.. I knocked downa a wall at my house, the council tip would only except a dustbin full per day, or they said I was trade and had to pay That's where a crafty fiver towards their Christmas beer fund comes in handy.. mattydski 560
Yep.......I get the works near me. Mostly dropped off in my garden, woods and driveway. I am the first green belt out of Dundee, and live in Angus, which is a different council, so it takes days to collect because they don't come that close to Dundee very often. Sofas, cookers, garden waste, wardrobes, bikes.................all thrown out in the woods this year. I sold one of the cookers..it wasn't bad!! Someone even tried to burn a car out in my drive the other month!! Got woke up by the blue flashing lights... In fact I swear I got disturbed by a fly tipper last winter, who wanted me to tow him off the verge in the snow with the Landy....haven't seem him recently!! Normally have to scare a few 'Neds' out of my woods on a weekly basis..............but the dogs do that for me know. Nothing like an enthuasiastic lurcher, being followed by a large black Alsation and a yapping collie to make 'Guests' Think twice..
ian21 0
council are to blame cause they dont let people use the tip or it costs a fortune to get rid of the waste,so if they just let people use the tip or didnt charge as much then that way there wouldnt be any fly tipping
