skycat 6,174 Posted July 29, 2009 Report Share Posted July 29, 2009 Green unwashed tripe is great stuff, even though the books will tell you that it doesn't contain much nourishment: low in protein. But it must contain a fair amount of vits and mins and trace elements: just be careful to make sure you include some bone in your dog food: just beef and tripe will be lacking in some things, for example, calcium.
