bedrock 16
The hw80 is still a cracking gun but my choice would be a daystate MK4 (pcp) or an air arms prosport (Springer) atb bedrock Quote Link to post
stealthy1 3,964
HW1OOT, nothing comes close for me, it has been said that they are the best airguns in the world Quote Link to post

Depends what you like, there is a lot more choice even though the is still a good rifle in the modern airgun world, we have PCP's now, how long have you been out, give us a clue to what you like in an air rifle. otherwise it would have to be the Logun Pro for me. Guest lurchers&terriers
Hey get a few names together and we can have a poll Hey get a few names together and we can have a poll ill go get aaron you lot dont seem to take any post seriously unless it posted by some kind of expert. it was a point you know when you wasn't as clued up and would of needed to ask questions. people come on forums to learn and that means asking questions and finding out others views. if you have nothing constructive to say dont say anything. i agree with you about that Arron but you look more pathetic mentioning him everytime someone asks a question. get over yourselves lads and move on. Malt 379
Depends what you want to spend I suppose. The best gun I've personally used, is either the air arms s200, or s410c. (...Apart from the old mans old HW35e! ) Quote Link to post

That's a bit harsh. Isn't a bit of banter what helps make this site? Nothing agressive or hurtful there. I know sometimes it goes over the top but there is a line, and it wasn't crossed. Cheers. STAY AWAY FROM BSA, thats my advice!!! If your after a boinger HW97 or AA TX200. atb nightstalker1 . Are you a rabbit? I have a BSA and that was the headline in the Rabbit News! Quote Link to post
Phantom 631
Do you want a Springer (Modern or old) , or a modern PCP? PCP's are totally recoil free, but a springer gives me a greater feeling of achievement. What will you be shooting at, tin cans, knockover targets, paper punching or bunny (or other quarry) bashing? Phantom. By the way, get used to the banter, it keeps things ticking over but you WILL get the answers to questions from someone or other and if its not been said already, Welcome to the nut house Quote Link to post

"mentioning him everytime".... this is the first time iv mentioned him so ok on a serious note though.... the hw80 is a fantastic gun still and can out perform alot outhers, if you are after a pcp air rifle id recomend the s200 because its cheap but powerfull and accurate Quote Link to post
