my boy had a similar thing when he was 13 two tossers stole his bike from him and rode off, it took months to find em but when we did we let the boy kick the s*** out of them both,cried like babies they did.

for one i dont think the lad is by law old enough to be walking around with a air rifle without being acompanyd by an adult so phoning the cops is out of the question , i know what these lads did to the wee boy was well out of order but telling him to do this and that is just as outa order as what these lads did to him , even though them lads deserve a wee slap about we dont want our wee felow hunter getting into trouble and tarnishing his chances of ever owning a big rifle when hes older , revenge in a vilant manner is not the right way to go about these things , my advise to you would be forget about it , get on with your life enjoy your hunting and your dog ! hey who knows ten years from now you could be walking down the street and see one of your attackers sitting in a street corner begging for spare change , now if that was to happen how good would it feal theres you with a job and your dogs a big rifle a cosy house to sleep in a wee bit of cash in yer pocket a tidy bird on yer arm maybe even a few bairns and the list goes on if you choose the right path ! i went down the wrong path when i was your age mate and ime still paying for it now , ie theres no way ide get a gun license not in a hundred years but a lot of my m8s have m8s that was with me when i we did some stupid stuff but never got cought cos i wouldnt grass them in , if ever someone did me wrong ide do it back to them ten fold the same if they did eny of my m8s wrong it was always me that did the deed , lol it all started when we was kids out pinching apples i was always the one that went into the garden cos i thought i had something to prove by doing so , but thats a other story good luck kid hope your dog recovers well happy hunting

yep thats what thay said i was too young to be carring it about anyway so even if i had not had it niked thay would have got rid of it anyway.the dog is doing well at the moment she is on 2 sets of painkillers but she seems ok but i am a bit worried if she will make a full recovery. or will she be scared of the traffic i really hope not. as for the bloke that had the rifle he got away well he did we just took the money that we paid for the air rifle out of his car with a bar :11: got my mom a nice stereo to i did get out the other night and had 3 all retrived back to hand but with her out for 4-5 weeks really going to have 2 put ion the work 2 get it into shape agen
