hiluxmk3 1
Hi All, I’ve just purchased a gun cabinet but it doesn’t have a separate locker for the ammo, where can I store the ammo? Obviously I need to make sure the police will be happy with it. Thanks. If it is for FAC you have bought the wrong cabinet...if it is for SGC it doesn't matter! Ooops, it is for my FAC, is it OK to buy a small safe and bolt it to the wall? Lock the Ammo in the cabinet with guns, also remove bolt from gun and keep this in a drawer or similar place, saves buying another cabinet Quote Link to post
cyclonebri1 8
I store 2 rifles with sights attached and in thier sleeves in a 3 gun corner cabinet. Have to remove the bipods though. As this is in the loft, I find a separate ammo safe downstairs to be a better option as you inevitably find the odd round in a pocket after the guns have been cleaned and put away. Safe cost a tenner of ebay, and feo was more than happy with its construction and fitting Quote Link to post
