No probs. These "third world" sighthounds are tough stuff, and put our western fat pooches to shame.

I think us westerners are just brainwashed by modern pet ideals and expectations and "Animal Welfare" propoganda.

Enjoy your coffee!

I just don't get it ..... aside from the dodgy looking collar that bitch looks pretty good to me. Sure her face is marked up but that doesn't have to mean anything bad. She doesn't look abused, she looks worked. What are those of you who thought she was mal treated looking at, exactly?

Watching this thread has been a good giggle.

to true ,not a lot of good blood left now ,and they still breed from unproven dogs over her big time ,but some owners can talk a good night out ,even from the comfort of a chair .things are on the down when it comes to working dogs in this country ,pity really ,we used to have some very good dogs ,before this so called ban came in ,now we got bunny catchers by the million .

WELL IVE READ THE THE LOT AND PERSONALLY I DONT CARE WHAT BREED SHE IS,WHERE IT COMES FROM OR WHAT ITS JUST DONE ITS POOR.IVE HAD DOGS ALL MY LIFE,EVEN BROUGHT MANGED, HALF DYING AND SEVERLY NEGLETED HOUNDS BACK TO LIFE I KNOW WHAT A UNJUST DOG LOOKS LIKE.

I commend your helping poor maltreated hounds, but this dog has been bred like this for hundreds, if not thousands of years. If you were to take this dog on and "bring it back to life" you could give it serious health problems and probably cause it to die early from overweight related diseases.

Here she is again

Here is a underweight mangy saluki hybrid that I owned for a while

See the difference? Keep helping hounds mate, its a most noble and kind thing to do.

That makes me SEETHE with anger. That's real cruelty folks, take a good, hard look

What was the outcome with the saluki x cúagusgiorrai? Did you place her in a home or did she even make it?
