Raiderboy He's talking about catapults (/sling shots) not crossbows... Anyway, I do believe all powered crossbows are legal (there's a lack of laws regarding crossbows ... at least compared to air rifles) and the only law that I know of is that you HAVE to be over 18 to buy, own, hire (and maybe use) a crossbow.
