desertdog 149 Posted July 23, 2009 Author Report Share Posted July 23, 2009 anyone know how i go about pickling these little fat things, ive done it , make up a brine, and put the gherks, in it, bring it to the boil, for ten mins, let them cool down, put in clean jars, cover in white vinegar and add pickling spices, job done, in case anyone wanted to know.
