bullx 12
HELLO ALL, JUST A FEW QUESTIONS FOR YOU. HOW MANY LADS AND LADIES ON HERE HAVE LURCHERS TERRIERS AND GUNS. DO YOU GET THE CHANCE TO GET OUT WITH THEM DURING THE WEEK, I FIND THAT THERE AINT ENOUGH DAYS I THE WEEK TO GET TO DO WHAT I WANT,I LOVE GETTING OUT WITH MY LURCHERS FOR A SPIN OF A HARE,AND I LOVE GETTING OUT WITH MY TERRIERS TO DO A BIT OF BUSHING AND MAYBE THE ODD BIT OF DIGGING, THEN I LIKE TO GO OUT WITH EITHER MY .22 OR MY .223 FOR A FEW FOXES OF A FEW BUNNIES FOR THE POT BUT I DONT EVER SEEM TO HAVE MUCH TIME WITH WORK AND FAMILY, SO TELL US LADS AND LADIES.....HOW DO YOU MAKE THE TIME FOR YOUR FAMILY,WORK,DOGS AND GUNS.. MR POACH 2
keeping the lurchers and terrier fit is like having a second job, and takes up most of my time after work , but its well worth it come the season , but its a bit easy to get sidetracked when everythings long and the wood floor is covered , lol , need to start winding down on the drink , to get ready for the season , i think its gonna be a shock to the system this year though ,...... have sort of got used to it , its sort of replaced food at times atb mr poach Quote Link to post

paulus 26
why not take the lurcher the terrier and the ferret and the gun out together. just a thought. Quote Link to post
bullx 12
I wish it was that easy to take them all out together, i like to relax when i have the Rifles and give a few squeals and look forward to charlie showing his face,as for the lurchers they can get bored if your sitting around for too long and the same for the terriers,a good mornings ferretting is great with a lurcher and a terrier and a couple of ferrets but if nothing happens when the dogs are with you they to lose interest, Quote Link to post
xx-georgia-xx 15
it would be a good mooch if you had the ferret lurcher terrier and the gun out! Quote Link to post
bullx 12
sorry lads i disagree with guns and lurchers, whats the point of bringing a lurcher and a gun together, that takes the fun out of beating with a terrier and a lurcher. Quote Link to post
