Seriously surprised this is the first suggestion of this sort.

Being threatened to be shot if there were any complaints would also be a terrible thing, if they were made.

Be carefull though, fibbing is frowned on by the plod.

The plod also have serious humour problems with 'wasting police time'.

This is no fibb to be honest, he flagged the misses over at the end of the road with the kids in the car on the way to school and told her (by waving it around) that he had to take it off his bit of stuff as she was gonna kill her self. He was totaly p#ssed up then. so Im not making any thing up. Its like a bloody movie next door to me at times

I have been to see our local council man today and told him the lot, The drugs the drink driving and the gun. My misses is off work with an over active thyriod and trust me thats hard enough to live with, we have a thirtten month old seven and nine year old

These dossers live off us as we pay for them and WE cant even get a good nights sleep. my baby is so used to being woken up by the c#nts he is in a routine of waking up every two hours. i realy just cant takr any more.

He recons he will try to serve them with an ASBO what will that do?

The ASBO is a great tool when served. However to serve an ASBO you will need as much CONCRETE evidence

as you can supply.

Continue gathering your evidence against this family then forward it on the the officer in charge of your case.

Once served the family will not want to breach it!

ASBO's can take a while, months even years to be authorised through the courts.

Good luck and all the best.

ASBO's can take a while sometimes, depends (as you know ARTIC) on teh level and nature of the evidence and who is applying for them and the restrictions the ASBO places on them.....But it is basically a one way ticket for people like this lads neighbour, as he wont be able to live without breaching the ASBO and one breach and he is back before the beak (who set the ASBO probably in the first place) who wont take lightly someone ignoring the restrictions set by the court in the first place!

Also contact your local Safer neighbourhoods team, the local "beat" officers with a responsibility for your street!

find the relevant ones here

http://www.westmercia.police.uk/localpolicing/lphome.htm

They also liase with teh councils and can apply for ASBO's etc... see what help they can give!

But a correctly worded ASBO can result in the lad being locked up for living his criminal life and loud noise etc...

and good luck

edited to add if he is drink driving....ring the police next time you see him doing so!

He will get banned the first time he is caught and then if he drives as a disqualified driver the courts tend to impose a prison sentence as the offender obviously didn't listen the first time! :D

The T#at next door has now cut a hole in his front foor so his nasty dog ( GERMAN SHEPPARD X) can get out and have run of the street. He hasn't put a cat flap in hes just cut a big pannel out of the front door. Needless to say the kids aren't going out to play over the summer holidays
