Guest oldskool Posted July 19, 2009 Report Share Posted July 19, 2009 not croc but have had alligator. the cut i had came from a leg. it was dry white meat similar to turkey or chicken breast but w/ a different flavor i can't rightly describe but definitely not chicken. that sounds about right... i think it had a sort of fishy twang to it?? tried kangaroo and emu as well... to me kangaroo just tastes like tough beef and emu was like tough chicken!!
