9 after watching Ian B's vid, only make the rabbit nets though. how big are fox nets normally??

i make two sizes,6&8ft, ive not had many slip, but it does give one the chad,dont mind cubs going, cos their ,there for later.

i do mine 6 ft and 13 meshes width and the mesh is 3 inches

i start at ten on the ring,and come down toabout 25 wide, and 15 to increase and then decrease to the next ring to ty off, 30 mesh long, you get a good size net with good bag.

started using 10oz net sheeting from a firm in bridport i know it is cheating but can do 75 nets for under £100 all 6ft that includes rings and drawcord and they hold them proper

no, not really i supose, but the lads i make for always ask for them, they lay heavier, charlie cant kick it out the ground so easy,and i find if you want to make a wider net, 2in ring is better.

no i got a net making kit from kp net out of the country mans weekly. but yes i have paid for 13 net in my life 10 hemp rabbit & 1 fox & 2 long nets that someone else made. i have made nets for mates but everyone whants net making begining of winter so you end up making net when all you whant to do at the time is use your net in the field. so if i am a nob!!! becouse i whould rather use my net then sell them then i am a nob & proud of it. i whould make the od few net for good mate & just finished some for a mate the othere week. but for a prick like you f**king no chance. happy hunting exmoocher or should i say exhunter.

iA guy on here made my fox and rabbit purse nets and they are great quality not for me to give out his name but if i ever need anymore i,ll be going back to him

any of use got any pics of a fox net?? i got aload of rabbitt nets last season off a lad, i have just pegged a few of the last ones and 3 of them look massive, im thinking these are fox nets.
