I will start to up my smoking now in preperation for the long car journeys.....20 a day, then 30 eventually peaking at around the 40 mark

I also start on the kebabs......small doner, then large, then mixed with chips.......motorway burgers, crisps and cans of pop come when I am fully up to speed.

I throw buckets of water over myself and stand outside all night.......

I also take my lamp to bits then drive to the other end of the country and pratice putting it back together in a muddy field in the pitch black

I jump into the back of pick up truck and practice throwing myself around taking care to break every bone in my body and listen to drivel from the driver.

I loose all my knives and rip all my trousers in readiness.......

The Dogs?............feck them, they stay in the kennel!

ive just switched from nuts to flesh. 3 mile road work in the morning. In evening at least an hour free running and hunting. then its just a matter of lamping them to peak fitness. At the minute they are about 70% fit.
