I would not exersize him too much or give to much work jumping in his training as you could damage his joints. Its finding that fine line & dont over do it as labs can suffer bad in this some of the trialing people dont do much with in the 1st year just some basic's & light jumping work. When i have lab pups i advise the new owner not to exersize to much ie 2-3mile walks in his 1st year. Quote Link to post
