Lennard 10 Posted July 15, 2009 Report Share Posted July 15, 2009 I suppose the "mignas" people are saudi or from the Emirates...if I would go for a saluki I would go for the type they use in the open desert...I need greyhound like speed and the ability to cool down, not a hairy endurance dog for the mountains. But I have open field speed enough with my galgo...the next dog will be whippet like... Quote Link to post

God willing my 11 year old bitch will be around for a couple of years still, when she dies I will look around to replace her. It could be saluki, it could be whippet, I could drive to Russia for chortjaj or go to the UK...as long as it is very fast, catches game and is a pleasure in the house I do not care really...
