Guest mucker
borderboy i bought a terrier off a fella and soon relized it couldnt hear a thing. it had been scratching its ear so much for i dont know how long that its ears were swollen shut inside and hot. i took the dog vets. the vet said as it had gone on for so long it may have damaged its inner ear. gave us a course anti inflammatory tablets and a small bottle of yellow liquid to squirt right in the ear a couple of times a day i forget the name of the stuff. you have to fold the ear flap and work it in its good stuff. noticed a difference in a week and the dogs hearing came back a bit, dog seemed a lot happier to. vet says fleas were the cause. get on top of it borderboy it wont clear its self up if the ears are chocca lol with that wax the liquid breaks it down. i,ll try and source the receipt out for the ear stuff. but think its vets only. Guest Dunna
It sounds like what my terrier was suffering from a few months back. I got Otodex ear drops and it cleared it right up and the problem hasn't come back
