night moocher 41
Ive read all the posts on here and other sites about the 11 min course that people have slated. and let me tell you Ive been coursing best part of my life and matched dogs up and down this isle of ours. what the coursing boys have forgot is this dog is only a pup at 18 /19 months old when he did this , and at 9 or ten mins the dog strike for the hare and fell over and got up and continued the course and nailed it . to me it showed just what that pup had in its tank .that was january 2005 just before the ban, went on to be second in the forley ,so how the f**k can people slate a dog that should have jacked on such a hard winter hare ,yes we all love quick strikes and get the job done but now and then you get a hare thats been run over a season and managed to kick off lesser dogs in the early months, all im saying is this course was old news and was caught on tape and to all the boys what match week in week out show me a pup that sticks for 11 mins in january, they say the hare should have been nailed in 3 mins tops but watch the tape that buck was flying and the dog had no experience but his heart kept him there. this post was not meant to offend but to put young hunters straight and old coursers a bit wiser . how the f**k could some one knock that race,.......................steve Quote Link to post
