BOCK 0 Posted July 12, 2009 Report Share Posted July 12, 2009 Myself and my boy went for a walk with the terriers today, my lad is 14 now and thank god he is getting interested in digging, took my old dog and two young dog's ,it rained heavy last night so i said we might meet something aground ,got to our ground and put the B@F ON THE OLD DOG, we were down the second field when the old dog went missing there was an earth about 100m from where we were so we collared up the young dog's and headed for the earth and sure enough the old dog was on the game, sent the lad back to the car for the digging gear while the lad was gone I got a mark at a handy 2 footer, the lad came back and I started to dig just before I broke through I let the lad take over the look on his face when he broke through and saw the dog with his game was worth the world another young one converted to the dark side lifted the dog let the game go, we let the young dog's have a run through the earth back filled and on to the next a real good day with my boy almost as good as seen a young dog work for the first time.bock Quote Link to post
