perks 0 Posted July 12, 2009 Report Share Posted July 12, 2009 whats the most you have knocked with one shot??? had 2 duck with a single shot, tried 2 fox's with a 270 one night and missed both of them with nervs, saw 2 fallow shot with 1 bullet.first was haed shot useing ballistic tip.A fragment of the bullet hit the second buck in the chest. It is just basic good practise and quarry respect. The risk of wounding the second animal...which then becomes a runner..is just too high. I have witnessed on more than one occassion, multiple pigeon kills with a single cartridge...not by myself though. I personally couldn't hit a barn door with the shottie... Quote Link to post
