if it goes t*ts up AND THEY DO HAVE TO GO but i wont make it easy for them

ill be one of the lucky ones cos i got a few family members around me with no pets so they said i can put them there so i wont have to sell up....which is a slight comfort in a small way

it was next door that grassed me mate. but there was nowt i could do about my dog pens as i just put new ones up & knocked my old ones down. there is a law where if something as been up for a sertain amount of time it dosent need permishion. there is nothing in my tenancy agreement becouse it is a old one. there is in new ones from home houseing so i was told. ps the way they protect peoples identity if they complain about peoples home is to say they see it on an inspection of the property. the thing that p***s me of with next door is hes a puppy peddler that breeds of his pats every time they come in heat & they never get out there pens. i feel like grassing him up but whouldnt go as low as to grass anyone even a c**t like him. good luke with your pens mate might be worth looking in to how long your pens have been up becouse after so meany year they cant tell u to take them down by low.

you need to seek permission from the council or whoever it is you rent youre house from. i had the same carry on with mine.i had the housing officer here every other week because i had put kennels/runs ect in the garden without written permissioni wrote a letter to them ,i was granted permission straight away and nothing more was said about it.ive now heightened the fence and also just put another dog kennel up and i will be building a 12 x 6 pen round it.i had a number of complaints about having four dogs aswell, but i had words with the housing officer about this and nothing else came of it but im not the only one in my neighbourhood to have more than the specified ammount of animals in my property.get a leter put into them and see how you get on,if that doesnt work just seek legal advice

i was told it would be ok to keep 3 dogs in pens when i moved in by the houseing officer. but didnt get it on paper so if you do get permishion from them make sure it on paper. but as sead if your pens have been up for 4 year they cant make you take them down any way.
