I have just got one of these afghan hounds from a rescue place,are they any good for hunting with,hopeing to use it to retrieve shot foxes

i know its not a smart thing to say but watching a afgan,borzoi,wolfhound.deerhound or a pure saluki run is a dream to watch we all should sit back and enjoy.they may be what we want these days but what a site!
