FOXHUNTER 5,021
Me and Ratcherman had a quick look out with the lamp just to see if we could get any cubs. I started the proceedings with a vixen that I managed to coax from some thick cover Then after seeing a couple more which wouldnt play the game Ratcherman took this cub at 170 paces . We did see a few more so another trip there shortly mate Edited July 10, 2009 by FOXHUNTER Quote Link to post
patdahat 41
what rifel had ye, that's good shooting but some people on here will be barking mad for taking cubs this time of year, me tho that means more phesants Quote Link to post
FOXHUNTER 5,021
I was using my .22/250 As for shooting cubs now I have no problem with this at all as they are out hunting by themselves now. Far better to clean them up now before the poults arrive . As I have said many times FOX CONTROL is carried out 12 months of the year not just at winter time. Quote Link to post
