hector 1
nice looking dog nottz i would vary his food on the amount of work you give him on a hard day he gets more but at his size i would give him two cups kibble and 1 lb meat remember a growing dog needs more than an adult mate atb hector
mad al 146
I feed mine twice a day as I find that the amount of food required when they work is too much in one go. Even during the Summer months, it's still twice a day with lesser quantities
doga 50
if your going to feed kibble do it seperate from meat if its raw they do break down at different rates thus leaving the kibble litterally going sour in the stumach waiting to be digested feed one morning one night but one meal a day should suphise at his age,be carefull feeding twice when working hard say lamping as it can damage a dog internaly. sandymere 8,263
At 10 months its still developing/filling out so feeding two meals a day might be an idea untill it's fully mature. You can feed different foods together the digestive track will deal with it , there may be a slight drop in absorbsion of protein but with the amount your feeding a lot will be being wasted any way so there is unlikely to be any shortfall. Nice looking pup good luck with it s.
Young Chud 1
the first 6 months i would feed twice a day. but at 10 months i would feed once a day for my retrievers
