Sterry 0
As the title suggests i have brought a new shotgun, and i have written a bit saying what the gun is, my license number and other personal information, but do i also need to send off the second sheet of my SGC (the table thing), or do i do this, and just send the police the confirmation of my gun?????? THANKS FOR ANY REPLIES. Joe. Quote Link to post
landrover 6
who or where ever you bought the gun from should put the details of the gun on your licence and sign it, also you and the person or shop you bought the gun from must inform the police, using recorded delivery no need to send any part of your license Quote Link to post
Sterry 0
THATS WHAT I THOUGHT! my frikkin gun dealer just pushed the buck on to someone else...it was a bloomin drama getting it from them in the first place. I'll send the letter off tomorrow recorded as you say, and go in to the gun dealer all guns blazing (excuse the pun) ......What happened to service???? Quote Link to post

maffs 0
Hi, When i bought my shotgun last year i kept my license with the details entered on page two and just sent in a sheet of paper detailing the make, model, serial number etc. I think i also photocopied the table on the rear of the license and sent this in with the same envelope just to be 'extra' sure they had all the information but i kept my license. Hope this helps, Chris Edited July 10, 2009 by maffs Quote Link to post
