anybody no a recapie for a ferret to feed him frew a syringe one of my hobs looks like one of the dogs in those neglected dog adverts just skin and bone and the vet wont see him until wed.

If he won't eat small pieces of meat then try blending ferret biscuits with hot water (1:4approx.) and a little bit of some sort of oil, like vegetable oil. Feed slightly warm not hot of course. The blended mixture will keep in the fridge for a day or so.

nope i noticed he wis losing weight last week not alot just a little but over the last few days hes went drastiic looking

get some baby animal milk (lactol i use multimilk from carrs billington) when its made up warm add to fezzer biccies or whatever u use then add some pieces of meat (small pieces) then liquidise it up when biccies are soft, feed through a large syringe that you can comfortably use with one hand.. Hope this helps mate ATB

ps get a new vet and go and see them asap.

try him with some cat milk with an egg mixed up ,and as the others have said get him to a different vet
