Guest The Pious Prawn
There is definitely an infringement of copyright law here, even if they have taken a picture of the photo, it's still someone else's art. P&G, I would recommend you phone a brief in the morning and see where you stand. Now if someone can pen a letter of complaint to the editor of the gutter rag that has ran this 'story' and post it here with the email address for the editor, I'm sure many members will send it to him/her. Guest Jack Sparrow
maybe a few letter shouldd be written to the editers. as here is there online statement, which i think they may have breached themsevles by only getting one side of the story. I have highlighted the area where the concerned people may have a case for unfair treartment The Northern Echo is the regional and local daily newspaper for the people of the North-East and North Yorkshire and is independent of political parties, private interest and government. Guest chilli
Thats a waste of a vote , plus the c**ts were anti hunting till they decided to change . Vote conservative its the only option .
Guest MOLLY
I am almost sure that unless YOU have taken out a copyright on a picture yourself then it is anyones elses right to take and use that picture, after all you posted it on a public forum (the law, not my views). I was given a swift lesson when i found people using my pics to sell their ratting videos on Ebay. Untill I got it copyrighted i didnt have a leg to stand on. MOLL. Foxgun Tom 75
There's nothing stopping any of us writing to the press complaints commision re: this biased article, it would also be more effective a complaint!! coming from them rather than from individuals to the Editor. If anyone is in the CA get them to take up the matter as well they've got a big enough press dept: and its their job to deal with shit like this Tom
Guest Ditch_Shitter
i personaly dont snare but would never condone those who do the job professionaly and humanely. " Condemn ", mate. The word you meant to use was 'Condemn'.
pat blewitt 41
This is a part of the article "The inquiry follows calls from the League Against Cruel Sports, which discovered a website promoting snaring that shows hunters, believed to be from the North-East, goading dogs to attack strangled animals." Where in that pic does it show dogs attacking the snared animal. Iget the northern echo every day, and it has letters page, I can just imagine the sort of crap that will be sent in in the next few days. chartpolski 23,322
This is exactly why we should be VERY careful what pics we post on these forums; not only are there members waiting to have a go, (sad, but true), there are also anti's just waiting to see pics of dogs with foxes or snared foxes, etc. If you must share your pics, p.m. or e-mail them to people you can trust. Don't give the b*****ds any amunition as they will twist the facts and truth. Cheers.
