jemblitz 0
Thankyou to all for your great comments, i enjoyed making it for them too! It will be great to see them running around. They are going to give me and collie/grey some great sport, so they deserve to be looked after physically and mentally. Will be adding a wheel and a hammock hopefully in the near future. Just a quick question, will the ferrets be ok climbing the ladders and platforms as the top level is quite high, just worried that they may fall off and hurt themselves? Was thinking of putting a small platform in the middle to stop such a big fall but not sure. Edited July 3, 2009 by jemblitz Quote Link to post

justin 2
the only thing i cant understand is that they arnt using the knife and fork you left for em...no table manners, even them posh toff ferrets.......seriously, nice to see people taking the time to make a good run for their ferrets, it does make a huge difference to their living and working lives..i find my ferrets fitness at a good level all throughout the year just by them having a good court andplenty of tunnels and ladders...and as for the top shelf, i wouldnt worry...mine like to lay on the top shelf with their heads hanging over the sides sleeping if their hot...their pretty agile creatures... watchman 256
they look the part mate well done i would put that extra shelf in although they are very agile when they play fighting could end up falling off top atb Quote Link to post
jemblitz 0
just though i would add some more pics of the ferret setup witch is almost finished. i have installed 12v led lighting in the hutch and run ready for the winter nights. i have also made a ferret wheel which is almost finished just waiting for colie/grey to brighten it up with a spot of paint.
