now she put a bid of £10 then she the woman about the buggy and she replyed with this email bellow

Hello,

Thanks for interest, just to let you know that the prices were the bidding price the price for the twin buggy is £225.00 and the green Buggy is £149.99 and you gat free shipping for both items.

Regards

now i dont understand this if my mrs wins the bidding say at £15 do she need to pay the 15 or 225.

has the item got a reserved listed on it?, if not the seller may have forgotten to add it, and once a bid has been entered, they cant change the listing, Id personnally report it to e bay, as if it dosent reach what they want, there are ways the seller can get out of selling it,

Wait until the auction ends. Then you can see if your still the winning bidder. Then if there are problems you can open a dispute with ebay. From what i can see the price your bidding is the winning bid and legally they are meant to sell at the winning bid price. There does not seem to be a reserve. Do NOT delete the email you were sent. Once again i wouldn't do anything until the auction ends.

i also checked this,

you are ok and safe, if you big 15 quid and it finished at 15 quid and you are the winner, you will pay NO MORE than 15 quid and whaever the P&P is stated,

IF they have not put a reserve price, or did the start price wrong, THEY have messed up and are bound by ebay sellers contract to sell you the item at the end price.

if they dont, they you can mark a claim with ebay that you have not been offered your good, you will get your money back ( if already paid ) and they will get a strike.

so dont fret. :)

Usually if the item's RRP is that high the price will go shoooooting up in the last day and last hour especially. However if you get it for less than their emailed price you have won it for the price you bid and if they back out of it you can report them to ebay and they will get a strike for their stupidity.

Either you get it for a lower price or they get done. But if I were you I wouldn't keep my hopes up of getting it; have a look around for other prams and find some promising things but refrain from getting them until the other pram's auction finishes and you don't get it for whatever reason.

Good luck :)
