unlacedgecko 1,467
Hi all, I ahve been shooting irregularly for about 10yrs. i have recently sold my diana 300r (couldnt be fitted with a silencer) and im looking to replace it with something suitable for controlling rabbits on a golf course. i have a couple of 12bore shotguns, but reckon these might be a bit too noisey. i will be looking to spend about £300. i like the sound of the PCPs, but dont know much about them, having used only springers in the past. any advice welcome. Guest Scuba1
Any air rifle that gets close to the legal limit will do the trick. But for 300 quid you are a bit short of the mark as far as PCP goes so a good springer is the way forward AA200 or HW 95 or something along those lines. ATB Michael Quote Link to post

davyt63 1,845
hi buddy check out the for sale section you should pick up a pcp there.any 12ftlb rifle will do the job but if you want a PCP, and for that budget you are looking at air arms S200,and others or S410 but a bit more money though regards davy Quote Link to post

Ianr 0
you could also look at the BSA ultra, you can get them new for £250 then all you'll need is a pump or bottle to charge it. For the money you have a second hand one with scope and bottle should only cost you around £300 Quote Link to post
