hi guys

have been looking at the js ramsbottom, 6-24x50 sidewheel focus scope (£88 with sunshade,large sidewheel and flip up covers) to fit onto my toz 78-06. i know it cheap but money is tight right now. any opinions of the scope would be greatly appreciated.

Can't argue, they're not bad, for the money. Just to be clear for anyone picking this from Google later - JSR scopes have dreadful optics next to the expensive stuff, but at that price point I don't think you can beat 'em!

Difficult to quantify this optics business but to be as clear as possible to all, No, the glass isn't as good as scopes costing many times the money (actually it is compared to some), but their optics are remarkably good for the money and most definately compare very well with scopes costing 2 or 3 times as much :thumbs:

 

Build quality is not great, and if you have a model with the Allen key adjustment it is likely to drive you mad!!

 

But overall I'd have to rate them VERY good value for money! :thumbs:
