Doglost Co-Ordinator 4
Thanks Lads, she does have tattoos but the new owners don know what they are. She's been homed as a pet. Ran out of house, not had her long. Typical flaming hound for you though. Wont run after what they sposed to but wont come back either.
skycat 6,173
Unfortunately most pet owners or first time rescue dog owners don't seem to have much idea as to what a dog might or might not do when it arrives in a new home. I would have thought by now with so many dogs being homed as adults into pet homes that a 'care' pack full of advise and precautions would be mandatory when the do is homed. Such as 'KEEPING ALL DOORS SHUT ALL THE TIME!' I do hope the dog is found safely.
frying squad 0
well said skycat a lot of these rescue places give it the old greyhounds make good pets but they dont bother to tell them how to look after them once they get them home
Doglost Co-Ordinator 4
I understand what you are saying but this girl actually bolted, I dont know what scared her. I ve got this type myself & the sluki x is a swine for legging it when I try get thru door. Sometimes things cant be helped, I just hope they find her. There's been no sightings of her- they hadnt got any pics although prev owner should be sending some. Please do keep look out for her, she is missed by her owners.
