mad al 146
missed the game so can't comment, however, I have said from the start that the "Boks" will win the tests 3-0, let's hope I'm wrong
Malt 379
There was a thread yesterday Smudger mate, you must have missed it! Plenty of guts displayed by the lions, just a shame we lost both props, that was the turning point I reckon. One of the highlights for me, was Sheridan jabbing that Bok in the stones, pure comedy! smudgersmith 2
Only got back today working abroad for a few weeks, watched the game in Germany, missed the other post, sorry. Yes Big Ted, good bloke, funny, the local Bosche were routeing for the Boks ( suppose it an Germanic arrogant trate ) while the Yanks kept shouting throw it.!!! If it would have been a draw, me thinks we would have stole the final test, as it is I think your right 3 - 0 to the cheating, arrogant, tossers, sorry meant World Champions . Interesting to see how Vickery & Big Ted do next week.!!!!!! Did anyone see any Jocks in the TEAM...... NOT. WHAT is interesting to an ENGLAND Supporter is how badly are we going to do next year against Wales, Ireland and the French, even the Jocks have a chance with an ENGLISHMAN at the helm. SINDASOX 255
So WELL done all the Taffy & Paddies, done your country and our nation proud. Dont want to get into the ins & outs, but what about Simon Shaw yesterday mate, man of the match by some. SINDASOX
garethstroud 0
Fantastic committment from every player and the series has hopefully restored the Lions 'brand'. There was such a fine line between winning and losing, with a bit of luck, things could have been very different. I agree about the comment on Shaw - I thought he was awesome. Sadly, with the injuries, I fear it will be 3-0 now. I hope they don't put Vickery back in against the Beast

He should have to suffer some form of punishment for his comments over this affair. I know it's a rough game, but eye gouging has always been the worst possible kind of dirty tactic, and to come out and say that it's part & parcel of the modern game, then to come out and say the lad didn't know what he was doing, is well out of order. bedrock 16
You are right lads it is a ruff game and sometimes you do go out there with the intension of giving someone a sly digg but gouging is fecking pathetic you could seriously damage someone. 8 weeks ant enough!atb bedrock
smudgersmith 2
Did not expect any other reply or response from the SA twat De Villiers, shocking.!1 Having played the game for over 25 years, ( badly ) you don't have to be a rocket scientist to know what an eye socket feels like to the touch, wether in a mual or scum even if you cannot see your opposite number you simply can feel you are in a sensitive area, that on saturday was intentional, pure and simple. A squeeze to the plums is one thing but eyes are another. 8 weeks in nothing, should have been minimum of 12, as for De villiers, I think he as done a lot of damage to SA Rugby, the team was and will alway be dirty b*****ds.
