Out and About

Recommended Posts

Had 6pack and another mate round mine yesterday, and then I went over to Wigan today for a wander with them. Here's a few shots for your amusement.

These were taken by a good friend of mine.

My whippet Dennis, five months now.

Nice pict's what's the borzi?? speedwise to the lurchers ??

The Borzoi lives with mostly lurchers - loads of them! My mate fosters for a rescue so there's all types in and out all the time. She's an excellent dog. Great recall, loves to fetch ... maybe nobody told her she's a Borzoi  Don't often get to see her at top speed because she's so long it takes her a while to fully get going, but I'll tell you what: there's nowt much like watching her go. She's pretty fast.

At five moths old Dennis is 19.5 inches at the shoulder Frank :icon_eek: He's pretty much just pleased himself these last few months, eating playing and being a naughty little shit  But he will jump small obstacles that I set up for him in the garden and is keen as anything. A very tenacious little soul as well, sure the lurcher will get sick of his antics someday and snap his head off. He's quite clever and has worked out how to break out of his crate  Happiest if he's wrapped round my head on the sofa  Couldn't have made a better choice really.
